So my dear friend on facebook was RAVING about the savings she found on this cool website, "Krazy Coupon Lady". I thought it was just another coupon site, but it is SO MUCH MORE!! Great tips, instant coupons, they SHOP FOR YOU to get the best price at your local stores. She is awesome!! So far this week, I am buying a 4 pack of Scott paper towels for 64 cents!!! And a jumbo pack of diapers for $5.97!! Did you know the verb "stacking coupons"? Its when the store has a sale, then the manufacturer has a coupon!! WOO HOO!

Saying "I DO" to amazing hair pieces.
So I have been looking at wedding hair pieces.. I cannot believe one would charge up to 400$ for feathers and tulle! Don't get me wrong, they are quite lovely. I love what I do, and I love charging what I can charge. I have started doing wedding fascinators for about a month now, my favorite part is knowing that a beautiful bride will be wearing MY piece down the aisle! Plus, I add a blue rhinestone on the back of every piece in case you forget "something blue". The more sophisticated pieces are fun to work with too, you can have much bigger pieces because they are not made for a little one! :-)
Lately, I am obsessed with feathers. All sorts. Pheasant, ostrich, rooster, goose. They are lovely creation of nature. All of my feathers are crulety free. Why? because I don't think a bird should die for their feathers. Peacocks shed all their gorgeous feathers, and my supplier picks them up and cleans, steams and sanitizes them. LOVE good people! Who knew birds can die form us plucking feathers?
My friend Krista, whom I work with, is getting married in December and asked me to make her hair piece!! I am soo honored to "be a part" of her ceremony! She asked for tulle to be incorporated as well as "more" ostrich! I KNEW I liked her! Pics to come later of course, and many years of happiness to Krista.
Check out my Etsy site, http://www.bellamuseboutique.etsy.com/ and enter code "EMERGENCY" (where I work, lol) and SAVE 25%!
Check it out. ALL of my pieces are one of a kind. Meaning NO OTHER BRIDE will have your hair piece!! Thank you for telling your friends as well..

Pumpkin, Skulls & Goblins!!
Well, I cannot believe I am saying this, "Salem is BEAUTIFUL!" The sun, the leaves, everything! It hasn't rained for awhile and I have been taking full advantage of it! Going to nearby pumpkin patches, such as Baumans (www.Baumanfarms.com) , and this little one off of 62nd Ave and Hazelgreen Rd. Such a surprise! 15cent/lb pumpkins!!
Today we went to the library and took full advantage of the free preschooler storytime./ Sawyer (3 this month) wasn't too interested in it until we went into The Discovery Room. Where now they are doing Transportation! LOVE free activities! I have included a link to PortlandPerks.Com where you can buy four full passes to Bauman's for 24$ (48$ value).
Today I made, wow. Almond Sugar Cookies with a Chai Tea Glaze. INSANE!! I bought a bag of sugar cookie mix, (Thank you Costco!) pretended I was making a normal batch but added Almond extract. When they were cooled, I made a glaze made with strong, (3 tea bags for 1/2 cup hot water) steeped chai tea, powdered sugar, and almond extract. So spicy and Auntumish! Is that a word? Well, until next time. Soak up your sunshine..

Too Fast Fall
Where is our summer going?? Can it be July 16 already? School is fast approaching, and well, I am giddy about that! :-) I love fresh crayons and clean paper, school supplies are pretty awesome. Where are the Pee Chees though?
I went shopping because I love to do so. Not only for getting new and pretty things, but to get great crafting ideas. I bought a bunch of freshwater pearl strands from pale cream to violet, so pretty. They will be my new petal as a variation of the rhinestone center. I also am purchasing a boat load of flatback buttons, I love buttons. I didn't realize buttons coukld be so expensive AND gorgeous!
So with the new fall pallette in my head, gone are the pastels and in with the rich, vibrant shades of winter. Eggplant, cranberry, ivory, black.
Excited for new things, but will always miss summer.

Zebra Hats, Polka Dots and Cheetah! OH MY!!
My first insane find were these huge, beautiful polka dot flowers!! They are whimsical and stunning. I bought them in black, fushia, and blue. I bought all the store had because I had never seen them before, or since for that matter. I am so proud of my Esty prices and shipping. Please check it out, they all come from a non-smoking home, so they are guaranetted not to.. um.. reek. Zebra is my absolute favorite patern, has been for a good year. Weird for me, to hang onto a look for that long. I found these super cute infant and child hats, great stretch to them, great quality.
Hope to see you on Etsy, don't be scared of PayPal. Super easy, and all of your account info stays secure within Paypal.

Spring and the Flowers She Brings.....
The sun was out for about 4 hours today, with me and my youngest soaking up as much as we can. It has been so rainy here in Salem, I just about grew fins. I went to the craft store and found these amazing Gerbera Daisies that, when I got home, I deheaded ALL OF THEM! :-) Besides feeling better, I created these gorgeous headbands!!
I put a GINORMOUS rhinestone in the center instead of the ugly velvet thingy, and it is sooo stunning! I tried it on Sawyer, well, he took it off immediately, but I got the point! SO EXCITED!! As soon as I get some girls over here (HELLO FRIENDS WITH GIRLDS) I am photographing them and taking my pieces to Etsy.
I used some Alligator Clips, Single Prong steel barrettes, all cotton (so soft for babies) and leather headbands for the Gerbera Daisies. I also used the wool felt flowers for the leather creating some cool stuff for next fall. I have put away all the burgundy, dark green, and other fall colors for next year. I need pastels, bright fuschia, turquiose, and yellow!
The headbands are only 7$, I am VERY proud of the price because these are up to 16$ online. Serious?? I would never pay that, so I would never charge that much..
I am posting pics soon, my mother board crashed on my laptop ($733 to repair, no thanks), so my hubby is sweetly letting me borrow his. The pics will not do them justice alone, so I might have Sawyer model them!!
HAPPY ALMOST SPRING!!!
